Most deliveries are free! Exceptions are some remote locations (rare) and some large custom pieces. Contact us if you have an unusual order that may not qualify for free delivery.

We ship anywhere in the lower U.S. and guarantee safe arrival of your pieces. Depending on the size of the piece and your location, we use the following shipping methods:

White Glove Delivery: preferred method. Our network of white glove shippers deliver your piece to your room of choice, unwrap and remove the packing materials. Optional assembly service is available on request for items requiring assembly (charges may apply). Our furniture is so easy to assemble that most of our customers forego this service.

UPS:  Some of our pieces ship via UPS in boxes custom designed and made for the individual piece.  Transit time is usually 3-5 business days once the piece is completed.  

Freight:  For some large shipments not served by our white glove service we ship via freight.  Your piece(s) are packaged in custom crates and delivered “curbside.” Inside delivery and uncrating service is not available with this option.

Damage:  All shipments are guaranteed damage-free. We choose our shippers carefully and accidents are extremely rare. But if there is a problem we will fix or replace your piece with no hassle.
