We ship anywhere in the lower contiguous U.S. at no charge via UPS or In-Home Delivery. Occasionally, large or custom pieces delivering to a remote location may require a surcharge - this is rare. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to discuss prior to making your pieces.

Damage-Free Guarantee

We choose our shipping partners carefully and damage is extremely rare. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will fix or replace your piece with no hassle.

Your schedule matters to us. When your pieces are ready to ship we will always call, text or email you first. If you’re not available during the estimated delivery date range, we’re always happy to hold shipment until a better date range for you.

Your pieces are our responsibility all the way to your door. That’s why we put the same care into designing and hand crafting our packaging. After decades of shipping furniture around the world we still build our custom boxes and cushioning by hand. Put simply, we know what it takes to make your pieces and we know what it takes to keep them safe.

So-Easy Assembly

For a safe journey, some of our pieces need simple assembly. These are things like connecting a table top to the base, attaching legs, etc. Easy instructions are included, along with everything you need. In most cases it takes about 5 minutes.

Delivery Upgrades

Upgrading to in-home delivery with assembly is always an option. Extended transit time may apply after completion of your pieces. White glove delivery is a scheduled service based on the routes of our trusted partners. When your pieces are ready to ship we will always call, text or email you first. If you’re not available during the estimated delivery date range, we’re always happy to hold shipment until a better date range for you.
